Excerpts from the General Terms and Conditions as of July 2020
§ 4 Prices, delivery costs, and shipping costs
4.1 The prices listed in the online shop are final prices. They therefore include all price components, including any applicable taxes. The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. Therefore, shipping costs are generally incurred when goods are shipped, especially abroad, which the buyer must also bear.
4.2 Delivery within Germany is free of charge for purchases over €150; for purchases under €150, a flat rate of €9 applies.
If express shipping is requested, we generally charge €45, regardless of the purchase value and weight of the goods.
4.3 Deliveries outside Germany but within the EU
Standard shipping: from €35 depending on the country, regardless of the purchase value.
Pallet shipping: from €120 depending on the country, regardless of the purchase value.
Express shipping: from €100 depending on the country, regardless of the purchase value.
4.4 Unless otherwise agreed, the shipping costs per order generally refer to one delivery. Partial deliveries may also be made at an additional cost.
§ 7 Delivery and shipping conditions
7.1 Unless otherwise agreed in individual cases, the goods shall be delivered against advance payment and by mail. The goods shall be shipped by “BEP24” no later than three business days after the purchase price to be paid by the customer plus any shipping costs have been credited.
7.2 If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the customer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the person performing the transport.
7.2.1 In the case of consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods in the case of mail order purchases shall pass to the consumer upon delivery of the purchased item to the consumer.
7.2.2 With regard to the bearing of risk, the handover shall be deemed to have taken place if the customer is in default of acceptance.
7.3 The customer assures that they have provided the correct and complete delivery address when placing their order. If additional costs are incurred during shipping due to incorrect address data, such as additional shipping costs, the customer shall reimburse these costs.
7.4 Unless otherwise agreed in individual cases, delivery shall be free kerbside.
§ 10 Transport damage
In the event of transport damage, the customer shall support “BEP24” to the best of their ability insofar as claims are asserted against the relevant transport company or transport insurance company.
10.1 If the (partial) loss or damage is not externally visible, the customer must report this to “BEP24” within five days of delivery or to the transport company within seven days of delivery to ensure that any claims against the transport company are asserted in good time.
10.2 Any rights and claims of the customer, in particular their rights in the event of defects in the item, remain unaffected by the provisions of § 10.1 of these GTC. These therefore do not include a limitation period for the customer's rights in accordance with § 9 of these GTC.
