Thanks to its elegant appearance, this motion detector/touch switch fits into any modern room. It is designed for wall mounting and is installed in a standard flush-mounted box. An integrated PIR* sensor detects moving heat sources within a 180° detection range. Thanks to infinitely variable adjustment of time and lux value, the lighting can be switched in an energy-efficient manner. In addition, the switch can also be switched on and off manually using the Toch-Switch function on the front panel. If the motion detector is in manual mode, the touch button is designed for on/off operation. The indicator lights red when the switch is on and green when the switch is off.
*Passive infrared detectors react to changes in the incident infrared heat radiation. They have a lens system that defines the detection area. In order to detect movement, the moving objects themselves must radiate heat. PIR detectors therefore react mainly to people or animals.
